Liguori Organic Pasta di Semolato is good, healthy and natural.

Our semolato is the result of an innovative processing of durum wheat grinding that allows to obtain a product source of fibers in a natural way without sacrificing taste, the aroma and the colour of the traditional durum wheat pasta di semola. We produce it in different shapes: Spaghetti, fettuce, casarecce, farfalle, fusilli, maccheroni rigati, mezze penne rigate.

In the sartorial jargon fettuccia, the ribbon, is used to indicate a “piece of fabric”, from which takes its name this type of pasta. Like a piece of fabric, it wraps the more intense flavours. Fettuccine lovers can taste them with meat or vegetable ragù, very good also with mushrooms and sausages.
