PASTA DI GRAGNANO
P.G.I.

The second most famous type of pasta after spaghetti, we make them in many variations: penne mezzani, penne ziti, mezze penne and rigate. They are suitable to an infinity of seasoning and they are one of the kid’s favourite dishes.

They’re part of the straight-cut pasta family. This shape of pasta, with the evocative name of the known vegetable, has as characteristic a slight and delicate curvature suitable to accompany the most elaborate condiments, vegetable based, also excellent in a meat ragù or to prepare baked pies.
