How can you describe the special nature of Liguori's Gragnano spaghettoni? Our spaghettoni follow the ancient Gragnano production method. Like all the formats in the line, they are in fact dried very slowly at very low temperatures, on wooden frames. The shape of the spaghettoni confirms the production process. Their arched shape is due to drying the spaghettoni on wooden frames. Besides their arched shape, spaghettoni are much thicker than traditional spaghetti, and feature extra porosity.
