In virtue of this, since 2010 Pastificio Liguori has had SA8000 certification, an ethical certification recognised worldwide, created with the aim of guaranteeing the application of all social requirements at the workplace, ensuring optimal conditions during work performance.
The certification is guaranteed by the impartiality of a third party body (DNV®) and represents an effective tool that allows for the correct management and constant monitoring of all activities and processes that impact on the sphere related to workers' conditions, such as: human rights, development, value recognition, training and professional growth, workers' health and safety, and non-discrimination. The certification and its requirements also extend to all stakeholders, so as to create a solid structure based on Corporate Social Responsibility that is lasting and always future-oriented, but with its feet firmly planted in the present.
