Liguori Organic Pasta di Semolato is good, healthy and natural.

Our semolato is the result of an innovative processing of durum wheat grinding that allows to obtain a product source of fibers in a natural way without sacrificing taste, the aroma and the colour of the traditional durum wheat pasta di semola. We produce it in different shapes: Spaghetti, fettuce, casarecce, farfalle, fusilli, maccheroni rigati, mezze penne rigate.

Adults and kids love this type of pasta. Its shape, that reminds the wings of a butterfly, is obtained by pinching a square of pasta in the middle. From years it’s on the table of all the Italians thanks to its particular shape. It’s perfect for pasta salad.
