From 12 to 14 September 2025, Gragnano hosted the 23rd edition of Gragnano Città della Pasta, the annual event dedicated to celebrating Pasta di Gragnano IGP and the gastronomic culture of the local area.
The event, promoted by the Consorzio di Tutela della Pasta di Gragnano IGP, of which Pastificio Liguori is a founding member, in collaboration with the Municipality of Gragnano and the Campania Region, once again transformed the city into a great stage for taste, tradition and sharing.
The central theme of the 2025 edition was the link between pasta and cinema: Pasta di Gragnano IGP, the true diva of Italian cuisine, was presented as the absolute star of the table through show cooking events inspired by the big screen, live performances, talks, meetings and tastings.
Among the guests of this edition were director Paolo Genovese and Campanian actress Serena Rossi, who received the Gragnano Città della Pasta Cultural Award. The programme also included guided tours of the Valle dei Mulini and historic pasta factories, children’s workshops and moments of discussion dedicated to the richness of Gragnano’s pasta-making tradition.
Pastificio Liguori is proud to be part of this story and to contribute, year after year, to the enhancement of a unique heritage made of know-how, quality, territory and passion. It is precisely in Gragnano that, for centuries, the art of pasta-making has been handed down from generation to generation, preserving an unbreakable bond between past, present and future.
