Using a QR code on the side of the pack and keying in the batch number, we open the door to a detailed journey through the Liguori Pasta supply chain.
The geolocation of the wheat fields, the farmer's data, the wheat harvesting period and quantity, the processing mill, the quantity of semolina produced and the date of delivery to the pasta factory, the date of production of the pasta and the shapes produced: every step in the pasta production process can be easily consulted.
