Farfalle

They are among the most popular pasta formats for young and old. The shape recalls the wings of a butterfly (“farfalla” in Italian) and is obtained by pinching a square of pasta in the centre. They have been giving a touch of colour to the tables of all Italians for years thanks to their distinctive shape. They are perfect to serve in salads.
