Liguori was the first pasta producer to obtain P.G.I. Certification. The production in Gragnano, unique for its climatic conditions and the traditional production process, guarantees a product of superior quality.

They belong to the family of mezzani, but they are distinguished by their cut which, unlike the oblique cut penne mezzani, are characterized by a short cut. Originating in Southern Italy, they are suitable to the preparation of some typical dishes such as timbales or crust pies.
