Our semolato is the result of an innovative processing of durum wheat grinding that allows to obtain a product source of fibers in a natural way without sacrificing taste, the aroma and the colour of the traditional durum wheat pasta di semola.
This type of pasta has ancient Neapolitan origins. In the 1700s with the first industrial machines, maccheroni became to the extent of people.
