Liguori was the first pasta producer to obtain P.G.I. Certification. The production in Gragnano, unique for its climatic conditions and the traditional production process, guarantees a product of superior quality.
They are from Sicily, but soon they have conquered the whole nation. This type comes from the need of faciliting a unique cooking, they in fact represent the perfect match between the long cut pasta, from which they take the dimensions, and the short cut pasta, from which they take the central hole. This allows pasta to catch even full sauces, like the amatriciana sauce, that made the Bucatino famous all over the world.
