Water is a primary element for the entire territory of Gragnano.<\/p>\n\n\n

It originates from the rain and snow deposited on the imposing Lattari Mountains. Subsequently, nature takes its course. In fact, the water is filtered by the mountain and then gushes out, very pure, into the various springs in the municipality of Gragnano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The water that arrives at our pasta factory is slowly mixed with the best semolina to ensure the formation of the close-meshed gluten network. This method gives the dough a homogeneous and compact structure, perfect for passing through the extrusion dies.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n
